The U.S. Green Building Council projects that in the next 25 years 150 billion square feet of US Building will be remodeled. It is Our Castle Homes’ goal to implement a Green Rehab program on all of our projects. Our Castle Homes Green Rehab program aims to create value through cutting the costs of operations, particularly energy cost, water cost, and reduced maintenance cost. The Green Rehab program will also pass an economic benefit to tenants by reducing their utilities burden.
