We intend to put into use existing available federal, state,
and local programs that will assist first time home buyers such as "Down Payment Assistance Programs", and "Low Interest Mortgage Assistance Programs". We will upgrade neighborhoods through the creation and/or support of local initiatives such as "Neighborhood Watch Programs",
working with local agencies and non-profit organizations. Our goal is
to offer affordable homeownership without additional costs to prospective
homeowners who are existing tenants of rental assistance programs. |
