Our
strategy to provide homeownership opportunities to economically disadvantaged
consumers is through acquiring and converting LIHTC apartment projects,
whose credits have or are expiring, and other rental apartments, into
condominium units.
Those units will be kept affordable so that they can
be purchased by existing tenants of these rental LIHTC apartment properties
and other qualifying home buyers. These projects and their repurposing
should have the support of local, state and federal housing agencies
who are concerned about the preservation of affordable housing inventories
that have been built up during the last fifteen plus years.

While providing affordable condominium units is our main business activity, we intend to pursue other means of providing affordable homeownership opportunities to working families. We believe that it is timely and important for the private sector to invest in this housing segment and will explore all practical business models to fulfill our vision.
