Mr. Wong was previously with a Joint Venture Equity Capital source for real estate investors and developers for the acquisition, construction, reposition of commercial real estate. Mr. Wong originated over $40 million of joint venture acquisition/development and was involved with underwriting over $300 million of acquisition, reposition, and development of Office, Industrial, and Multifamily Residential real estate.

Mr. Wong received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from University of California Los Angeles. Mr. Wong is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute – Young Leaders Group and serves on the Steering Committee as the Chair of the Education Committee.
