Michael Wojciechowski,
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wojciechowski has been involved in the acquisition, structuring and development of real estate for public and private investment for over 24 years. During that time he has analyzed, or directed the analysis of, structured or co-developed over $8.0 billion in real estate, leading to over $3.0 billion in investor funds being raised. Included in this development is the creation of in excess of 60,000 apartment units, all targeted for families in the affordable range through the Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. These projects were built in more than 15 states.

Mr. Wojciechowski received a Masters in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama in 1981, did graduate work in business at San Diego State University in 1979-80 and received a Bachelor of Science, with a concentration in Marketing, from the University of South Alabama in 1978.

Upon completing graduate school, Mr. Wojciechowski was employed by Angeles Corporation, which was, at the time, one of the five largest real estate syndication firms in the country. In 1984, Mr. Wojciechowski was hired by Associated Financial Corporation, the largest tax shelter syndicator in the country. There, he went from being an acquisition analyst to the head of the structuring and acquisition analysis department in short order. He eventually became the special assistant to the Chairman of the Board. In that position, he was responsible for identifying and utilizing under-valued assets.

In 1989 he left to start his own company, Affordable Housing Advisors, Inc. This company acts as a consultant/co-developer to Developers, builders and large corporations, all of whom are interested in Section 42 Low Income Housing Tax Credits as created by the Tax Reform Act of 1986. As referenced above, Mr. Wojciechowski has consulted on or co-developed over 60,000 LIHTC apartment units.
